公司現有員工200多人，其中工程技術人員20余人。廠區(qū)占地面積3萬多平方米，擁有立式加工中心、數控鏜銑床、磨齒機等各種高、精、尖設備120多余臺（套），有配套齊全的熱處理設備。本公司生產的各種減速機達300多個品種。同時根據用戶要求生產各種非標類專用減速機，年生產能力500000臺（套） 以上。是華東地區(qū)生產減速機規(guī)模最大的廠家之一。
公司在生產、銷售、財務、倉儲等領域實施了ERP管理；產品設計均采用計算機輔助設計系統(tǒng)；機械冷、熱加工工藝先進，齒輪加工采用滲碳、氮化、磨齒等工藝，精度達到5級以上。擁有三臺標測量機，齒輪綜合檢測儀，封閉式齒輪傳動試驗臺等設備。質量管理體系完善，已通過ISO9001認證。

The company has more than 200 employees, including more than 20 engineers and technicians. The factory covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, with a vertical machining center, CNC boring and milling machine, gear grinding machine and other high, fine, pointed equipment more than 120 (set), a complete set of heat treatment equipment. The company produces a variety of reducer up to more than 300 varieties. At the same time, according to the requirements of users to produce a variety of non-standard special reducer, the annual production capacity of more than 500,000 (set). The mechanical cold and hot processing technology is advanced, the gear processing adopts carburizing, nitriding, gear grinding and other processes, the precision reaches more than grade 5.
