公司現(xiàn)有員工400多人，其中工程技術(shù)人員80余人。廠區(qū)面積10萬平方米，一期建筑面積4萬平方米，擁有立式加工中心、數(shù)控鏜銑床、磨齒機等各種高、精、尖設(shè)備100多余臺（套），有配套齊全的熱處理設(shè)備。本公司生產(chǎn)的各種減速機達300多個品種。同時根據(jù)用戶要求生產(chǎn)各種非標類專用減速機，年生產(chǎn)能力50000臺（套） 以上。是華東地區(qū)生產(chǎn)減速機規(guī)模最大的廠家之一。
公司在生產(chǎn)、銷售、財務(wù)、倉儲等領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┝薊RP管理；產(chǎn)品設(shè)計均采用計算機輔助設(shè)計系統(tǒng)；機械冷、熱加工工藝先進，齒輪加工采用滲碳、氮化、磨齒等工藝，精度達到5級以上。擁有三臺標測量機，齒輪綜合檢測儀，封閉式齒輪傳動試驗臺等設(shè)備。質(zhì)量管理體系完善，已通過ISO9001認證。
