成都新星機(jī)械有限責(zé)任公司是專業(yè)聯(lián)軸器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，公司現(xiàn)有職工100余人。公司下轄有鑄鋼車間、熱處理車間、精加工車間。擁有1.5噸工頻感應(yīng)爐兩套，精加工設(shè)備機(jī)床50余臺及相關(guān)檢測設(shè)備。
公司專業(yè)生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聯(lián)軸器常規(guī)產(chǎn)品：ML型（系列）梅花形彈性聯(lián)軸器；HL型（系列）彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器；ZL型（系列）彈性柱銷齒式聯(lián)軸器；TL型（系列）彈性套柱銷聯(lián)軸器；GⅡCL型（系列）鼓形齒式聯(lián)軸器等。
其中LK型彈性塊聯(lián)軸器（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號：JB/T9148-1999）是本公司的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)品。該項標(biāo)準(zhǔn)于1999年6月由本公司和國家機(jī)械科學(xué)研究院共同起草，由全國機(jī)器軸與附件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會提出并歸口�，F(xiàn)化學(xué)工業(yè)出版社第四版《機(jī)械設(shè)計手冊》第二卷已刊登。LK型彈性塊聯(lián)軸器具有外徑小，彈性塊壽命長（3年以上），安裝維護(hù)方便，不需要加油，無噪音、抗沖擊效果好等優(yōu)點。已廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、礦山、建材、環(huán)保（設(shè)備）等機(jī)械傳動系統(tǒng)。特別是冶金行業(yè)在軋鋼機(jī)主傳動上的使用，獲得用戶一致好評！
