JS、JST水泥磨減速機重齒

重齒水泥磨減速機JS(T)系列是公司吸收國外磨機減速機技術之長并結合公司設計、制造經驗而開發(fā)的，具有自主知識產權的大型高精度硬齒面、重載齒輪傳動裝置。包含主減速機、慢速驅動裝置、膜片聯(lián)軸器、稀油潤滑裝置四部分。目前已生產制造3000多套，最大功率達6300kw，最長使用時間已達30年。

JS系列為兩級雙分流結構，型號從JS90到JS160，傳遞功率800kW～4500kW，傳動比范圍為35：1～50：1。

JST系列中心傳動減速機為三級雙分流結構，傳遞功率3000 kW～6300kW，傳動比范圍為60：1～70：1。

JS(T) series of heavy tooth cement grinding reducer is a large high-precision hard tooth surface and heavy load gear transmission device developed by the company by absorbing foreign grinding reducer technology and combining with the company's design and manufacturing experience. It consists of four parts: main reducer, slow drive device, diaphragm coupling and thin oil lubricating device. At present, more than 3,000 sets have been produced, with the maximum power up to 6300kw and the longest service time up to 30 years.

JS series is a two-stage double split structure, the model is from JS90 to JS160, the transmission power is 800kW ~ 4500kW, the transmission ratio range is 35:1 ~ 50:1.

JST series center drive reducer is a three-stage double-shunt structure, with transmission power of 3000 kW ~ 6300kW and transmission ratio range of 60:1 ~ 70:1.
